What is Mineral Balancing?
Mineral balancing uses hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA) to measure mineral levels and ratios, along with heavy metals in the body to improve metabolic function and overall wellness. These levels offer insights into our adrenal + thyroid health, blood sugar tolerance, overall vitality, metabolic rate, and how well (or not) the body can create energy and eliminate toxins. It is these processes that are key to optimal health, and through these analysis we are able to create personalized plans to address imbalances using bio individual approaches to nutrition, supplements, detoxification, psychosomatic process work, relationship, and lifestyle adjustments.
Minerals are the building blocks of life and the cornerstone of our vitality, yet are deeply impacted by modern stresses and toxins. These essential elements, like Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc + more are what allow the body to function as designed. A well mineralized body has robust energy, adaptability, clear sense of self and other, the ability to feel and express deeply, less susceptibility to disease, etc., all while doing the job of managing hormones, detox pathways, metabolism and psychospiritual health optimally. Through balancing our minerals, we increase our cell’s ability to create energy and remove toxins, which impacts not only our physical health, but also our emotions, personality and our ability to achieve success, happiness and peace. We are able to recover from burnout, lack of nourishment, exposure to toxins + stressors and move toward more embodied, sustainable physical resiliency and vitality that then creates the space for us to release old patterns and step into the most authentic expression of yourself.
“Minerals are the principal energy-producing components of the human body. It is the relationships between the minerals in your tissues that help determine your physical and emotional destiny. Through an understanding and control of these basic laws of human energy, you can vastly increase the intensity and quality of your life.” — Dr Paul C. Eck
